("SportStores.shop," "we," "us," or "our"). It describes our shipping methods,
delivery timeframes, costs, and policies. By placing an order, you agree to the
terms outlined herein.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment:
In-stock items: 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends/holidays: Processed on the next business day.
Note: Processing time begins once payment has been verified and confirmed. During
peak seasons (holiday periods, major sporting events), processing times may be
extended by 1-2 additional business days. Any delays will be communicated via
email.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate different needs and budgets.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination,
package weight, and dimensions.
3.1 Domestic Shipping (Within Primary Market)
Standard Free Shipping: 4-5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude
weekends and public holidays.

4.1 Supported Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the
following:
Countries/regions subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes.
Specific regions where local import restrictions prohibit sporting goods.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (for certain shipping methods).
Important: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered
products comply with local import laws and regulations. If a package is refused
at customs or returned due to non-compliance with local laws, the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
4.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for:
All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees levied by the
destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed
at checkout.
The carrier may collect these charges upon delivery.

Customs policies vary widely by country; we recommend checking with your local
customs office for specifics.
We declare the full value of merchandise on customs forms. We cannot mark items
as "gifts" or undervalue them.
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, you will
be responsible for return shipping costs, a restocking fee of 20% of the order
value, and the original shipping cost (non-refundable).
5. ORDER TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order ships, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name, tracking number, a
link to track your package online, and an estimated delivery date.
A delivery notification when available from the carrier.
You can also track your order by logging into your account at
www.sportstores.shop and navigating to "My Orders."
6. DELIVERY ISSUES
6.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please
contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will work with the
carrier to investigate.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement
or full refund.
Packages reported as stolen after confirmed delivery are the responsibility of
the customer; however, we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
6.2 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you enter an
incorrect address, contact us immediately at elsyhidinoterry@gmail.com; we may
be able to correct it before shipment.
Once a package has shipped, address corrections may incur a redirection fee
charged by the carrier (typically $5-$15).
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to a
restocking fee of 15% or reshipping at the customer's expense.
6.3 Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are unclaimed and returned to us by the carrier will be processed
as follows:
We will contact you to confirm whether you would like a refund or reshipment.
Reshipment will require payment of actual shipping costs.
Refunds will deduct the original shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
7. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains items with different availability or shipping requirements,
we may split your order into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you will receive separate
shipping notifications.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, hazardous
materials regulations, or carrier policies:
Oversized items (e.g., large fitness equipment) may require special freight
shipping at additional cost.
Items containing batteries or pressurized containers may have limited shipping
options.
Restricted items will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters
(earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), pandemics or public health emergencies, wars,
civil unrest, or terrorist acts, government actions or regulatory changes, labor
strikes affecting carriers or logistics networks, and extreme weather conditions.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays and resume
normal operations as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy applicable to your
order is the version in effect at the time of purchase.
