1. OVERVIEW
At SportStores.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timeframes
for returning products and receiving refunds or exchanges.
This policy applies to all purchases made through www.sportstores.shop.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of
this Return and Refund Policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
2.1 Return Timeframe
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for
a full refund or exchange.
2.2 Conditions for Returns
Products must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return:
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags
and packaging intact.
Items must be free from odors (including but not limited to perfume, smoke, or
body odor).
Items must include all original accessories, labels, manuals, and components.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., jerseys with custom names/numbers,
engraved equipment).
Underwear, swimwear, and compression garments (for hygiene reasons).
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
Opened or used consumable products (e.g., energy gels, nutrition supplements
once opened).
Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or improper care.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
3.1 Damaged Upon Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elsyhidinoterry@gmail.com with your
order number, clear photos of the damage/defect (showing product labels/tags if
visible), and a brief description of the issue.
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping
costs.
Do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed your claim.
3.2 Manufacturing Defects
For items with manufacturing defects discovered after delivery (within the
warranty period):
Contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
We will coordinate repair, replacement, or refund depending on the manufacturer's
warranty terms.
Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis; standard manufacturer
warranties typically apply (usually 6-12 months for sporting goods).
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Log into your account at www.sportstores.shop, navigate to "My Orders," select
the order, and click "Request Return." Or email us directly at
elsyhidinoterry@gmail.com with your order number.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization (RA)
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number via email. The approval email will include the
designated return address. Do not ship to the original warehouse address unless
instructed.
Step 3: Pack the Item(s)
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include the RMA
number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Include a copy of your
packing slip or order confirmation inside.
Step 4: Ship the Package
Use a trackable shipping method. For authorized defective/damaged returns, we
will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer (see Section 5).
Step 5: Tracking and Confirmation

email once your return is received and inspected.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective/damaged item upon arrival: SportStores.shop pays (prepaid label
provided).
Wrong item received (our error): SportStores.shop pays (prepaid label provided).
Customer changed mind / wrong size ordered: Customer pays.
Exchange for different size/color: Customer pays initial return shipping;
SportStores.shop pays reshipment of replacement.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is
due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
6. REFUND PROCESS
6.1 Inspection Period
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it
within 3-5 business days.
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).
PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval.
Store Credit: Immediate (issued as soon as return is approved).
6.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items with signs of use or missing original packaging: up to 50% of item value.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery: case-by-case evaluation.
Promotional bundles returned partially: prorated refund based on individual item
value.
7. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or equivalent products.
Follow the same return initiation process (Section 4) and select "Exchange" as
the reason.
Subject to inventory availability, we will ship the replacement item once the
original item is received and inspected.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or
store credit instead.
Expedited exchange option: For faster service, you may place a new order for the
desired item and return the original item for a refund (standard return policy
applies).
8. SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items purchased during sales events or marked as clearance/final sale are final
sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged
upon arrival.
9. CANCELLATIONS
Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation
request is submitted before the order has been shipped. Contact us immediately at
elsyhidinoterry@gmail.com with your order number.
After shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please
follow the standard return procedure (Section 4) upon delivery.
10. MISSING OR LATE REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe:
Check your bank account again (processing times vary by financial institution).
Contact your credit card company or bank; there may be a delay before your refund
is officially posted.
